DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy

Overview

GoASAP ("we," "us," or "the Platform") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on GoASAP infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it on the Platform (e.g., a URL or task listing).
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the Copyright Agent above containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which GoASAP may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

GoASAP reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
